At Great Dalby Primary School, we use Read Write Inc. Read Write Inc., developed by Ruth Miskin, provides a structured and systematic approach to teaching literacy. It is designed to create fluent readers, confident speakers and willing writers.
Phonics teaches children to read accurately and fluently with good comprehension. They learn to form each letter, spell correctly, and compose their ideas step-by- step.
At Great Dalby Primary School, the Read Write Inc. (RWI) programme helps to ensure children get off to a flying start with their English.
